You may remember Chris & I going into the woods in search of "Diamond Willow", when we were in Chicken back in July. This is one of my favorite memories of our Alaska trip. What you wont know is the whole time we were in the woods, Chris was singing at the top of her voice, she says to keep the bears away. Lets just say the BEARS kept away.....
Well after many hours off de-barking, sanding and varnishing, I have finished making my walking sticks.

This stick was too thin for a walking stick, but came out so nice I have put it on the wall.
