Lee & Judy's car.

 

We said our goodbye's to Lee & Judy on Wednesday with many tears.  Thursday we said we would go to the beach one last time. Judy rang on Thursday morning so we deicided to  meet up again.

                                                                 One more day.

Last week in the Sun.....

John & Cath came over on a cruise, so got to see them before they fly back to the UK.  

 

 

                                         Kath & I did what we do best SHOP........

                                          The Christmas lights are great at Fisherman's village

                                         Went up to see Lee & Judy Monday, then went out in their car to St  Armands Key, where after a good look arround the shops we stopped for lunch.
                                          It got very misty in the afernoon, so we went for a drive and had a walk on the beach,  there were so many pelican's diving for fish, right near the shoreline. Then we saw a lot of fishing boats had come close to the shore also, The fish must have come right in.

 Below are the two statues of the Sailor and the Nurse kissing, one in Sarasota and the other in San Diago. The one in Sarasota has just been repaired after being hit by a car.

Trip to Buckingham Palace

Had a great day with Val and Yvonne, we had a nice lunch. Then we went to Buckingham Palace, we spent over an hour looking round the Palace, then into see the DIAMONDS....awesome , then coffee and cake in the gardens of Buckingham Palace . Got myself a little gift from the gift shop too. We them went to Harrods and got Georgina her birthdat present ??????? now have o hide it till Dec
