Our new home in Spain
Judy treated me to a pedicure on Wednesday, we had a great time talking and shopping afterwards. I had to get new shoes to show off my pink toes.

Jerry checks my stitching on the Quilt she helped me make, this winter. I would never have got it finished without her help.
This is our 3rd visit to the “Fossil Fest”, and we were so glad Bob & Barb were able to come with us this time. It’s always nice to meet up with some of the Tampa Fossiler’s I usually only get to see once a month in the river. The river has been so high this year I have not seen them for more than 12 months .

Dear all. Firstly, forgive us for sending just one email to you all. We have tried to say our goodbyes to as many of you as we can in person, but over the 6 years we have been here we have made so many friends, who have become a part of our RVing family it is impossible to see everyone, as you are all scattered all over the country. We hope that Don and Paulette make many happy memories in our motor home, when we hand it over to them on the 8 th April.
These 6 years have been a dream come true, with the reality being so much better then the dream. We cannot start to list the States or Provence's we liked best, out of the 49 States and 10 Provence's we have visited. When we think of Alberta we think of our family there in Irma. Ruby, Marlus and Richard, and their families, to name but a few, who again, considering 6 years ago neither of us new each other even existed, have now become such an integral part of our family, even more so when our daughter Genette, her husband Darren, and their daughter Grace came to see us and were also made so welcome by our Canadian family. We have had so much fun during our stays in Irma, both on and off the farm.
When we think of New York State, we think of Bob & Barb, Pennsylvania Judy and Lee and many others from that state. Ohio, Barb Dennis. Massachusetts, Carol, Marge and Donna-Lee. Peace River will always be my second home with Debbie, Jerry and Lee, Janie and Ed, Don and Mary, Ed and Betty-Ann, John and Karen, Ron and Barb, Sherry and Karen, Lou and Carol, Tracy and Jim, to name but a few, plus all our pickelball friends, too many to mention, but if you get this email or read it on our blog, you are part of our RV'ing family, and we will carry you in our hearts back to England. Plus most of you are in the 15 scrapbooks we will sit and look through when we get home, on cold winter evenings. Then there are our great friends Stewart and Fiona. They live in our home town of Solihull in England, about a mile from our house, but it took TT Orlando to bring us together. The California family we met for the first time last year, who made us feel so welcome. My mum's younger brother and his family we got to see 3 times in Niagara Falls.Then last Christmas time, with Bob & Julie, Mark and Chris, Alan and Trudy and of course Dennis and Barbara (we will miss all the pies) Then the fabulous week we had with our dear friend, Sandy and her wonderful family in Tucson, Arizona. All our trips around America and Canada have been great, but none more than our latest one, our tremendous trip to Alaska with Mark & Chris. It must rank as probably the best trip we have made in our 6 years here. Of course we met even more family on that trip, Jims cousin Glen, his wife Marlene, and their wonderful and growing family in Whitehorse, Yukon. When we think of our life in North America we always think of the friends we made on the way, and each and everyone of you, will come back to England with us in our hearts. If we were to name everyone that has befriended us I would be writing from now 'till this time next year, but there are some, that are very special to us.....all those who are reading this.
Of course last but NOT least, George and Hillary. Jim first started corresponding with them via the Internet, some 3 years before we came. Then we met them for the first time in Worcester, England, when they were over visiting family. They were the very first visitors to our motor home, while we were waiting to take delivery at Lazy Days. They will also be the last people we see in Florida, as we will be staying with them in their beautiful home in Port Charlotte for a few days, prior to our departure from Ft Lauderdale and our 14 day cruise home to England. Even then, we will be traveling with yet more friends we have met while traveling the USA. Ken and Mary Grant, who live about 20 miles from our home in England. So many memories.
We have no firm plans for any future adventures, as yet.
But whatever they be, they will have to be pretty special to top the adventures we had over the last six years.

When we left Stan & Sally’s, we called in to see Bob & Mariah, we had not seen them for a year. So glad to see them looking so well.
If I could get these two in the box we are shipping home, I would. And I would take some of my shoes out to make room…………
Me & Chris ( this was one of the best days in Alaska)I hope one day our girls will get to meet some of the great friends we have made in the 6 years we have been here. And some are like "sister's" that I know I will see again.

Eight years ago today Emma came into our lives and we became grandparents for the first time, she was just two when we left England to travel. She is such a joy and I can't wait to spend more time with her and the other little one's when we get home.
