Trip to Buckingham Palace

Had a great day with Val and Yvonne, we had a nice lunch. Then we went to Buckingham Palace, we spent over an hour looking round the Palace, then into see the DIAMONDS....awesome , then coffee and cake in the gardens of Buckingham Palace . Got myself a little gift from the gift shop too. We them went to Harrods and got Georgina her birthdat present ??????? now have o hide it till Dec

Going Home (2nd home)

As a few of you may know we are coming to Florida for a month, mid Nov till mid Dec. We hope to see as many old friends as we can, plus...........get wet in my river (me only), eat at the Pioneer, play pickleball , (may have to borrow bats), trips to Bealls Outlet & Ross shop for less, plus Wal-mart, and many others LOL. See you all soon.

the Millennium tree

While driving to Leominster this Saturday, we came across this stunning work of art sitting just off the road in St Michaels,( just outside Tenbury Wells) beside a small pond. It was created by blacksmith and artist Peter Crownshaw. It is constructed with electropolished stainless steel....I guess it must be about 10 feet high...each leaf has the name of a local resident on it. I would love to see it at different times of the day.
