Farewell Peace River.

To day we hit the road. It has been six months since we did any driving in the RV. First stop "Lazydays", for a few repairs and routine maintenance on the motorhome. We hope to be here ONE day, now stop laughing, think positive. We bumped into Mike & Kim when we got here, friends from Peace River, they were just booking out after FOUR WEEKS here....... can you believe that????. Yesterday we were invited for "tea at 4pm" with Jennifer and Bill, it was so nice, china cup too. Jennifer had some pepper jam and cream cheese she had made. It was so nice. After tea I helped her set up a blog.

We had a last trip with the remainder of the gang over to The Pioneer before we all head North, then of course it was more goodbyes. I did go down to the river a few times, (bet that was a surprise to you all) the water is so low and hot. But I did get the find of the winter, a whole Dinosaur. There were 4 of us down there at the time and we laughed so much.

We had all the family, plus my Mum & Dad over for Easter day. The girls helped, and we had a big buffet, the weather was good to us, so we sat outside most of the day. Emma Grace & I got some Line Dancing in. I am doing my bit to get the English into country music...

Doing the garden at home, on one of the sunny days we had. Yes we had a few this visit, it was nice to play house. I found it funny as I put things away. I thought to myself "is that safe when we start to drive off" and can I have the cooker on with the washer........been RVing too long. LOL

Emma Nick & Joe come to stay the night, I got a bit worried when Georgina got that big black bag out of the boot (trunk)...we had lots of fun. Hope to get a few more sleep-overs in before we leave.
