Our back yard

Virginia,Chesapeake Bay.

This is the view we have in Virginia when we wake up. We got here on Monday after a long drive. Tuesday we went to Jamestown and Williamsburg for the day. The houses and gardens reminded me so much of home. We were here 18 months ago, but that was October and things looked so different then. When we got back, we had a BIG surprise................... Judy and Lee had booked in for one night only, so Judy and I put our left-overs together and we all had dinner at ours. (more goodbyes again). Wednesday we went to Walmart, had a service on the car, then went on to Yorktown. We jumped on a tram up to the old town, and walked around the old houses, then back down the hill to the car. Today we have done nothing at all, but sat in the sun and read. I did ring the girls and my mum.
Fay & Ken called over for a chat, (met them in Florida). They had just got back from a morning fishing on the lake. We will be leaving here in the morning for Atlantic City, N.J. for 2 weeks.
