Barb, me, Julie & SueOn a day out shopping in Lakeland this week,we stopped off at the bead shop, and told the owner we were the "Lady's from Peace River," out for the day again. "that's nice for you, do you get out very often".??? he asked?. We tell him, when we can, and now, Barb tells him I am "Princess Jane" he smiles at me and said "that's nice" He ask us how we got here?.........now we begin to think there is something wrong........... By car, we said, why do you ask. Just thought you may have been dropped off and then picked up again later by staff. I told him the Rangers are good at Thousand Trails but not that good. "What is Thousand Trails" he asked. They run the camp ground we are staying at in Peace River !!!!!! He went very red and told us he thought we were from the PEACE RIVER MENTAL HOSPITAL in Lakeland.
(If the Manager, Debbie from our campground, is reading this, maybe there is something she should be telling us).

Enjoyed reading about your fun day in Lakeland. Looks like we may be going to Dade City on Feb 3rd as there is not much opening up at Peace River. Will keep trying until then. We had a great 9 days with Chris's daughter and her boyfriend. We are done with theme parks now! Pickle ball is not bad here.
