Woke up today to -19c (-2f ) On the plus side its stopped snowing, and I have to admit it looks very pretty. I still don't understand how, every year when it snows here, the whole country comes to a complete standstill. Both London airports are closed again, for the second day on the trot, Birmingham airport is also closed again for the second day, though is expected to reopen by mid morning today. The five day forecast is for more of the same. At least its toasty in our house.....
