What a week.

We have had a bad week.
First the man at the end of our garden (old house) said that our Oak tree was hanging over his garden, so we told him to cut it back and put the branches over the fence into our garden, which he did. Plus all his own trees, 25% oak and 75% of his . Then he went on holiday. It was suggested that we put it all on his driveway. BUT us being nice people thought that was a bit childish and not very neighbourly, so he has got a nasty letter from us instead. We had to get a bigger van than we first needed, to take it all to the tip.
Then the Russian lady (who is buying our house) told us she wanted another £10,000.00 off the price of our house. I cried, Jim looked in the yellow pages for a hit man. Today we have been told the house at the bottom of the chain (4 house's 5 people) have said they will give £4000.00, (it is a company owned house and they want shot of it), the next 2 people and us have said we will give £1000.00. £7000. in total. We have just had a call saying she has accepted this offer. That was big of her !!!!! GOD, I NEED A HOLIDAY. I hope this is the last house we have to sell. English law is so bad as far a selling and buying houses go.
